Barry and I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful time last Saturday! All the guests told us how much they loved the music and what a great time they had, and we couldn't agree more. Please let us know if you ever need a reference, and we will not hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone looking for an excellent band. Thanks for playing at the wedding on Friday and helping to make it such a cracking party and thanks for learning the song so that we could do our first dance. Everyone said what a cracking band you were to us. Thanks for adjusting the timings as well, the best laid plans and all that..... and the sound limiting wasn't too bad in the end either as the older people didn't complain about it being too loud!

Friday night was excellent, the band sounded great and I really got carried away by the very eclectic mix of songs - from those such as Fat Bottomed Girls, hugely familiar, to the excellent Foo Fighters number, a band of which I'd only previously heard. Mustang Sally was brilliant, btw. Tim Hendy, Tim Hendy Pianos Ltd, 2012.

2011 Function Band Reviews
Thanks for giving us a great show on Sunday . . everyone loved you. Very professional. See you again soon. The marquee came down this afternoon. I've been involved in organising events for a long time and I wanted to firstly convey my pleasure at working with people who are true to their word, punctual, and professional. And secondly to say that your performance was superb, everyone around me said how good you all were. If you ever want a third party to use as a reference I would be happy to oblige. Lucy and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for being so brilliant at our wedding. You guys absolutely brought the house down and played the perfect set. We had a fantastic day at our wedding and we wanted to say thank you so much for everything that you and the band did to make it perfect. The music was fantastic, it created such an atmosphere - so many guests commented on it and how brilliant it was. The white suits looked excellent especially with the UV lighting - we've seen the professional photos and they look great. Once we get them we will send you any that might be of interest. The band on the evening of a wedding make or break it in my opinion and you guys were just amazing... on behalf of Gemma and I, thank you so much. Quite a few people asked for your contact details so I passed them on, I think that is always a good sign! ...slowly recovering from Saturday! Many thanks to all of your band members for their effort on the night, especially being flexible with timings and audio requirements. I've received great feedback from a number of people wanting to know the name of the band so you must have stuck a few chords with the crowd. Once again many thanks from the entire organising committee. We managed to raise close to £30,000 which is a huge effort. Dear Cliff, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a fantastic performance with your band last night at our anniversary party. We had a thoroughly brilliant evening. Everything worked so well for us, even though I know we were a little late getting cleared up after the supper! We had such a lot of good comments about the The Forgers, which was reflected in the amount of people on the dancefloor! I think the music mix was brilliant - the young set were surprised and delighted that there was music they could dance to at an "olds" party, and a few youngsters in their 70s also got up for a boogie! Today some of my friends have told me that they didn't do much chatting as they wanted to dance all night! You have a very talented group and I hope you can pass on our thanks to them also. Its been a while since I have heard so many positive comments about a band at a party, so I am very pleased to have been the one to book you! Best wishes, and thanks again. 2009 Party Band Reviews
The Forgers are excellent at entertaining the crowd! They played a range of our favourite songs from across the eras and had people up dancing, singing and clapping along! Definitely a crowd pleaser!
